This year I had a hard time trying to figure out what I should buy myself for my birthday. I winded up deciding on a kitchen torch:) It was one of those things that I normally would not justify buying for myself and so that seemed like the perfect birthday present! I was trying to decide what I could use this new tool for and was having a hard time coming up with something and then I thought that making S'more Cupcakes sounded like a lot of fun. So that is what I did. I put a graham cracker crust and then I put in a piece of chocolate and then the cupcake mixture, then I baked it and topped it with a marshmallow meringue and then I was able to use the torch to toast the "marshmallow". They turned out pretty cute and I was told that they tasted good as well:)
