When I saw this recipe I really wanted to make these cupcakes but they only make twelve and it is not very often that twelve is enough for any function I take them too, but I made them anyways:) They were easy to make (a bit time consuming) and I thought they tasted quite good. They are not very sweet since the are topped with a bittersweet chocolate glaze but some of the kids who had them said they liked them as well. They are filled with a pastry cream


which is put in by cutting off the top and scooping out some of the cake and then filling with the cream and then putting the top back on and glazing.
