This last weekend I also made a couple of tutu's for my nieces. They were really easy to make I just used a stretchy headband as the waist and then cut tulle into stips and tied it onto the the headband. I think that my nieces are going to love these and it was a really cheap project. I used about a yard of each color of tulle for two tutu's (say that ten times fast) and the tulle was only a $1.50 a yard at JoAnn's. So for about $10 I was able to make two tutu's for my nieces. If you have any questions on how I did these just let me know, they really were really quick and easy, the longest part was cutting the stips:)
