Lemon and Toasted-Coconut Meringue Pie

This was soooo good! I'm not a huge fan of sweets as I'm sure I have said on here more than once, this was perfect. It was tart and sweet. I would change the meringue and the crust though. The crust is a bit to crunchy almost like a cookie and the meringue was crumble not light and fluffy like I like it. I got the recipe from Epicurious (you can click on Epicurious, yay! I finally figured that out). It was a lot of work, plan on about a day and a half and using a lot of your kitchen tools. I would change the crust to just a standard crust and the meringue to a standard meringue. Sorry there are no pictures, it went really fast:)
