Coconut Cupcakes

Today is the 30th birthday of an attorney that I work with and so I asked her earlier in the week what her favorite dessert was and told her I would make that and bring it in. She told me that the coconut cupcakes that I have made on several occasions are her favorite dessert and that that was what she would really like:) I was so happy that she would choose the cupcake that I really enjoy the most as well, treat for her and for me!
