Mini Peach Tarts

Yesterday after church Emily and I decided we wanted to make a dessert to take to her parents for dinner. We decided on an apple pie with a crumb topping. We had left over pie crust and crumb topping so we used up a can of peaches and made mini peach tarts with crumb topping. I don't have a recipe for the peach filling but I used cinnamon, sugar, flour and vanilla bean paste. For the apple pie I used a jar of fried apples from Cracker Barrel. I used a basic pie crust recipe except I add a 1/4 c of sugar and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. For the crumb topping we used butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. I didn't get a picture for the pie but I did get a picture of the mini peach tarts.
