Coconut Cake

I have wanted to make a coconut cake for a long time but kept putting it off because I'm really not very good at decorating/frosting cakes. But a couple of weeks ago I decided to just go for it. This is the recipe I used. Here are a couple pictures of the finished product:)
P.S. I don't know why my pictures have such a different backlight since they were taken in the same room at the same time? Oh well:)
